Headteacher's PA Required a fantastic School in Wandsworth.

At Engage Education Services, we've specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic PA to work at a fantastic school in Wandsworth.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

The role is Monday - Friday.

As a PA you will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.

To provide strong and effective leadership in all HR matters across the school.

To act as the most senior member of support staff, line managing other support staff leaders in finance, facilities and IT.
To work with the Senior Admin Assistant to develop skills in HR related matters so that the post holder can effectively deliver and support identified HR processes.
To manage exclusion administration - letters, forms, entering on MIS, informing NYCC and reporting.
To ensure all HR policies, e.g. Pay Policy, Performance Management etc., To be responsible for the School's Absence Management processes in line with the School's policy, holding sickness absence meetings and progressing through to conclusion.

Experience of working in a school

A real passion for working within an education environment.
Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
Demonstrates suitable leadership training or qualifications
Has experience of working with managers at a senior level
