-although home/hybrid working is a permanent part of the role so travel to the office would be limited and there is parking on site for those that drive


Working hours:
between 8am - 6pm (8-4 / 10-6) Mon - Fri - No weekend work You can pick your shift

We are on the look out for experienced Account Managers This is fundamentally a customer service role except you will be responsible for managing the relationships of some of our largest and more prestigious business customers.

the idea canidate will bearticualte and hard working.


This a proactive and reactive role, responding to ad-hoc queries and issues as they arise and also proactively reaching out to your clients to conduct service reviews, general meetings and ad-hoc contact as and when necessary.


Exceptional communication skills are a essential in this role as you will be the main point of contact for you client base and it will be your responsibility to nurture those client relationships and ensure the client needs and expectations are constantlymeet/exceeded.
