Are you a high-achieving Transport/Logistics Administrator or Route Planner looking for progression and a great place to work?

The role:
- Develop and optimise transportation routes to minimise cost and delivery ETA.
- Schedule and track deliveries and ensure timely arrivals.
- Coordinate and monitor inventory, sharing and reporting on key metrics.
- Prepare and process transport documentation, distributing to recipients as appropriate.
- Liaise with suppliers, and distributors (internal and third party) to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
- Monitor transportation and logistics expenses, forwarding any costsaving opportunities identified to relevant staff within the department.
- Resolve and report transportation and logistics setbacks e.g., delays, damaged goods or missing shipments.
Your profile:
- Knowledge of inventory software/management systems.
- Experience in a similar administrative or logistics support role (desirable).
- Good knowledge of transport and logistics principles and regulations.
- Experience using route planning software/systems.
- Exposure to Fleet, Logistics or Freight sectors in an administrative capacity.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to fastpaced work environments.
- Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient in Excel and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Effective and efficient in multitasking
