    Sustainability Specialist - Park Royal London We are looking for a passionate Sustainability Specialist to join the team in a new role, working for a fine food supplier to top hotels and restaurants in London.

    They have a first-class reputation in the sector and a commitment to integrating environmental sustainability, social responsibility into all aspects of their business.

    Key Responsibilities
    Responsible for long-term Net-Zero strategy and key ESG KPI's.
    Create waste reduction plan in line with the waste hierarchy principles.
    Research applicable ESG recommendations in line with industry best practice.
    Identify energy efficiency opportunities and develop transition plan.
    Liaise with customers to understand mandatory and voluntary ESG requirements.
    Develop social engagement strategy and to promote fairness, inclusion, and diversity.
    Work alongside the procurement and HR Team to create robust sustainability strategy for suppliers.

    Continually ensure that each ESG activity is being undertaken in a way that is economically sustainable for the business and ensures return on investment.

    Key Requirements
    A Degree in a related subject
    Passionate about sustainability with some experience of rolling out initiatives.
    Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with stakeholders.
    Project Management experience
    The ability to understand customer requirements.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to be responsible for sustainability programmes and initiatives impacting the business.

    The role will be rewarded with a salary up to £38k dependent on experience and other employee benefits.
