Learning & Development Business Partner - Cardiff Full Time - Permanent- Hybrid Working

About Our Client:
Page Group are excited to be partnered with a commercial law firm based in Cardiff to recruit a Learning & Development Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.
The firm has experienced exponential growth over the last 3 years, head count has increased from 128 to 207 and plans are to increase by 45 within the next 12 months.
This is a newly created position within the firm where you will lead on the design and delivery for inductions, training, learning and development across the firm.
The role is blend between strategic design and operational delivery so you will need to be both strategic and hands-on.

Key Duties:
As the Learning & Development Business Partner, you will work closely with management to identify training needs, design and deliver programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation's workforce has the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Work closely with management to identify training needs and design programs to address them.
- Develop and manage training budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Deliver training programs to employees and ensure that they are effective and engaging.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, such as training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and coordinate the delivery of their programs as needed.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development, and incorporate them into the organisation's training programs as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage a team of trainers and provide coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development position at business partner level or above
- Skill set blend between strategic experience and operational handson experience
- Ideally CIPD qualified
