Our Service Management Practice, within Network Services Operations, play a key part in making sure that continues.
Your role as an apprentice in the Service Management Practice will be to ensure that our core Service Management Processes continually add value and deliver the best possible experience for our customers, colleagues and partners through effective service design, service transition and service operations.
