We have a brilliant opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our innovative Community Investment & Tenancy Sustainment team, to provide guidance to customers through challenges they face and help them better manage these situations. Every day brings new experiences.
We collaborate with all areas of our business and external partners, assisting customers in maintaining their tenancies, enhancing their lives, and living environment. Our team fosters a supportive atmosphere, sharing ideas and skills with a unified approach.
This role offers a chance to acquire new skills and explore fresh experiences in a leading housing association. You will engage with customers one-on-one in the field, while also offering support via phone and IT platforms. Working closely with colleagues and partners, you will provide information, advice, and guidance. Additionally, you will direct customers to external support, services, and agencies as needed. Managing your caseload independently, you will collaborate with other teams within our organization.
This role is a permanent, full-time position, primarily field-based in Cornwall where travel is essential.
We are dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable groups and expect all team members to share this commitment. Appointment to this role will be subject to a successful basic check through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
