- least 10 years of experience as a welder/fabricator and 5 years of experience in supervision.
- NC/HNC in welding/fabrication or alternative qualification.
- of pipefitting ( however not essential).
- to weld in all processes and materials and able to demonstrate and take the lead.

- knowledge of welding standards.

- high level of fitness as this role will be up and down stairs and working in all weather conditions, will involve working at heights and working in confined spaces.

We are recruiting an experienced Welding Supervisor required to work with our Renfrewshire based client.
As a Welding Supervisor you will supervise the welding and fabrication facility at our client's site, and you will be required to utilise expertise with materials and processes to continue developing the skill set of the team by leading from the front and demonstrating where required. As a Welding Supervisor you will also be required to develop relationships with clients to contribute to the growth plans for the business.
