    Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities

    Excellent opportunity to join an NHS Trust within Essex as the Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities on a 12 month fixed term contract.

    As the Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the NHS Trust's estate.

    This senior role within the organisation will be responsible for day-to-day and long-term strategic responsibility for the estate and facilities services.

    This will include capital project planning and delivery, estate management, facilities management, workforce management, health and safety, compliance and budget management.

    You will also be responsible for managing a small team of facilities and estates employees. This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Hybrid working is available.

    Experience gained within a senior management role within estates and facilities is essential and experience working with NHS estates is preferred.

    You should have strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
