One of our clients, a leading UK Mental Health Charity, is looking for a Data and Office Manager for a Temporary vacancy with the view of going Permanent in 2023.


Client Details
Our client is a well recognised, UK Mental Health Charity, based in Central London.

They are looking for a Data and Office Manager to join the business on a Temp basis, with the opportunity to go Permanent for the right person.


Description


As the Data and Office Manager, you are responsible for a team of office and admin staff and will lead this team in their contribution to achieving the highest standards and quality in service user led delivery.


  • To be responsible for developing, improving and maintaining databases, as well as implementing database change
  • Develop, maintain, review and improve relevant administrative and financial systems and services, to ensure all requirements (internal and external) are met.
  • Facilitate project mapping including funding, developments and partnerships
  • Make and record payments, invoices
  • Evaluating and monitoring the FHMP Service, in line with internal and external requirements, through the coordination and collation of information submitted and dissemination to key partners and relevant internal department
  • Integrate, analyse, prepare and supply information from a variety of sources to produce reports as required.
  • Maintain and develop secure and confidential records including service user and staff data.
  • Contribute to scheduling and coordinating activities and resources, including facilitating internal and external meetings

Profile

  • Knowledge and recent experience of creating, designing, maintaining and implementing databases and overhauling existing data capture systems
  • High level of knowledge of secure data systems
  • Sound understanding of how databases operate
  • Ability to update databases, as well as check and oversee reports.
  • In depth working knowledge, experience and high level skills in using Microsoft Office Excel, and of other similar software, such as Access
