Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students.

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide oneonone or small group instruction to students
  • Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining discipline
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience and empathy when working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

£85.00-£102.00 per day
