Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide oneonone or small group instruction to students
Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining discipline
Prepare teaching materials and resources

Qualifications:

Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Patience and empathy when working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
