- Network Engineer
- Up to £52,600 per annum plus bonus and benefits
- 80% remote based with ad hoc travel to Data Centres in Northampton and North London
- Management of networking infrastructure across on-prem and cloud systems
- Supporting the Network Team lead in daily activities and network migrations
- Ongoing review of Firewall policies and infrastructure to mitigate risks
- Management of internal and external networks, emphasizing MPLS/VPN's and HA Firewall solutions
- Utilization of monitoring tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implementation of network monitoring and regular equipment backups
- Ensuring timely patches and adherence to CAB process
- Managing multi-datacentre and multi-site networks globally
- Proficiency in Cisco and Juniper Routers and Switches
- Experience with Fortigate, Cisco ASA, and Juniper SRX Firewalls
- VPN setup on Cisco ASA/Fortinet Firewalls
- Familiarity with IT core concepts and ITIL practices
- Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
- Help desk ticket management and change process experience
- Experience with F5 and/or Alteons for Load Balancing
- Cloud experience, particularly Azure
- Knowledge of PowerShell and exposure to Citrix NetScaler
- Certifications or extensive experience in AWS/Azure/VMWare
- Advantageous background in Radware NLB and Citrix NetScaler

Join a global technology company in the search for an experienced Network Engineer to manage the technical infrastructure, ensuring networks and Firewalls are properly maintained and provisioned to support the business.
This Full-time position allows for 80% remote work, with occasional travel to Data Centres in North London and Northampton. The company also has offices in Solihull and Halifax, requiring occasional visits. Only apply if you are comfortable with this level of travel.
