We are working with a market leading Hospitality Group/Successful restaurant chain who have more than 60 high end restaurants in the UK.
They are currently looking to recruit someone to join their Tech Support team who will be helping with queries and tickets raised by consumers.
Do you possess an experience and passion providing IT Technical Support? Then keep reading._ Your responsibilities:
_
- Providing support to customers who raise problems with the software.
- Deal with tickets up until the point of completing the ticket raised.
- Provide excellent communication and listening skills to the customers.
- Help maintain, manage, and repair IT systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user problems with computer software and hardware.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manager using available resources within the company.
- Log bugs and enhancement requests.
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for web and phone apps.
Of course, you will have:
- A passion for IT.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking.
- Worked in tech support roles or similar.
- Dealt with ticketing systems before.
