We have developed and grown significantly but our core ethos always remains the same - to 'roll up the sleeves' to provide practical assistance to SME and micro enterprise owner-managers overcome barriers to growth and to identify, target and fully exploit new business opportunities.


Due to our continued growth throughout Ireland and further afield we are now seeking a Management Consultant specialising in Digital Marketing to join our team.


What you'll be doing:


In line with our ethos, you will be assisting our SME and Micro-enterprise clients across a broad range of sectors to overcome barriers to growth and to identify, target and fully exploit new business opportunities.

You'll take a client-centred approach and tailor your advice and support to best meet their needs.

You'll work with clients in a hands-on way across different aspects of Digital Marketing including Marketing Strategy, Social Media and Websites and SEO.

In addition to 1-1 delivery of work, the role will also involve delivery of workshops to groups of clients in all areas of Digital Marketing.

You will bring energy and dynamism to the table, you'll have a 'get up and go' attitude and really care about having a positive and tangible impact on our clients.

You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively and to work within deadlines. You'll also be results orientated and motivated to achieve targets. You will have excellent communication skills
- both written and oral and a natural ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.

In terms of experience and qualifications

  • You will have a background in or strong working knowledge of Digital Marketing. You'll be highly knowledgeable about Social Media, Websites and SEO and digital marketing strategy. You'll be confident in advising clients on elements such as content, scheduling posts, creating graphics, the basics of paid ads, understanding SEO. You will be familiar with the main website builders but you do not need to be able to code. A digital marketing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
