- Supervise and support a team of staff, managing and delegating tasks to ensure optimal service is delivered.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency across the site.
- Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Making sure staff are signed in, fully briefed, and given their allocated break time.
- Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company's dress and appearance policy.
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling where possible.
- Ensure that you and your team adhere to company procedures regarding allergens.
- Ensure guests are served in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.What you'll bring:
- A leader who can keep their team motivated over busy periods.
- Positive attitude, being friendly yet professional.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both team and management around the site.
