About our client

A well-established and highly reputable Investment Manager is launching a new international Alternatives business and hiring a top-tier team as they do so.

This role will cover a range of Private Real Assets strategies from a Manager Selection perspective andinvolve responsibility to help the team grow the business quickly.

What the job involves:

Conduct asset class research across real assets
Identify and research private assets managers
Build and monitor private assets funds pipeline
Complete investment recommendations on individual funds and present to investment team
Identify and follow market trends and contribute to FIL's thought leadership in this space
Support portfolio management team in the management of private and publicprivate portfolios
Work with client facing team on key opportunities

Who we are looking for:

36 years of manager research experience in the realassets space
Deep understanding of private markets and real assets
Extensive industry network
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Strong client focus and proven contribution to positive client outcomes
Team player with the proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
