This is an exciting fulltime permanent role, looking after retail customers, and becoming an integral member of the team.

Essential Responsibilities:

·Clean and Valet vehicles

·Always maintain highest level of Customer Service.

·Check vehicles thoroughly before delivery and on collection.

·Validate customers and manage Risk.

·Complete Rental Agreement in a legible manner making sure all essential information is captured,

·Clearly explain all charges to the customers, to include refuelling charges and excess liability.

·Carefully explain return policy to all customers

·Show customers around the vehicle and accurately fill in the VCR.

·Make sure all documents are signed in the correct place

Essential Requirements:

Full driving licence - Must have been held for at least 2 years.

• Must be aged 25 years and over.

• Willingness to work flexibly to meet business and customer needs promptly and effectively.

• Strong team player

• Ability to build good rapport with and give excellent service to customers.
