    Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive – Birmingham- Legal 500 Law Firm-2 PQE +- HybridAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 2+PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Central Birmingham .My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 2+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters ,who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area in a leading multi office law firm.

    ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)Carry out lease extensions and auction transactionsManage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducersComply with all internal and external auditsShare information and best practice with colleagues wherever possibleFollow the firm's detailed policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirementsSkills and experienceExtensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspectsWorking knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issuesBusiness development skillsIT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficienciesExperience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionalsBenefits
