PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

BUSINESS SUPPORT

GLASGOW / HYBRID

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual to become a key member of the team to provide a comprehensive support service and assist with timely, efficient, and effective delivery across several key programmes.


Key responsibilities:


  • Inputting and tracking data.
  • Ensure that project management/financial tracking methodology is adhered to.
  • Financial / business analysis & reporting
  • Collation of weekly timesheet and expense data.
  • Tracking project/programme success and reporting variances.
  • Detailed management of project/programme level financial data.
  • Collating month end billing information.
  • Ensure that month end billing information is accurate and timely.
  • Track and progress Dispute Resolutions
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Proactive with drive to succeed
  • Strong communicator and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working in a project function within IT sector desirable
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Prince 2 qualification
