Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a Property Firm based in Birmingham City Centre.
Responsibilities...
- Manage the reception area and the services provided, e.g. reception, switchboard, post, meeting rooms
- Organising meetings and managing diaries
- Ensure Health & Safety is followed at all times
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- General administration
- Ideally experience within a similar role
- Reception Management, Administration, Facilities
- An interest in Property Development
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Proactive, positive and professional
