Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a Property Firm based in Birmingham City Centre.

This would suit an individual who has office experience looking for a step up in responsibilities


Responsibilities...

  • Manage the reception area and the services provided, e.g. reception, switchboard, post, meeting rooms
  • Organising meetings and managing diaries
  • Ensure Health & Safety is followed at all times
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • General administration
  • Ideally experience within a similar role
  • Reception Management, Administration, Facilities
  • An interest in Property Development
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Proactive, positive and professional
