What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Strategic Account Manager you'll join our team who organise the design and build of specialist assets for two of our key accounts.

Our specialist assets come in all shapes and sizes and operate across many key industries, you'll play an important role in ensuring the end-to-end process is successfully carried out in alignment with agreed-upon expectations.

Some of your key duties will include:

Deliver new vehicle quotations in line with each customer's SLA
Maintaining our pricing matrix in collaboration with stakeholders
Managing the specification catalogue in line with customer requirements
Supporting the documentation of completed build sign offs, reviewing these against the agreed customer specification prior to asset delivery

What are we looking for?

Ideally you'll be joining us with a good understanding of commercial vehicles and be comfortable liaising with external suppliers and manufactures to source quotations.

You'll be meticulous when it comes to detail and have the ability to keep on top of multiple orders all at differing stages.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Strong administrative skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
