- Assess, test, and integrate Whatfix functionalities in alignment with Novartis standards.
- Support new team members, manage access, and create content within Whatfix.
- Serve as a liaison between the Business Process Management team and the Whatfix team.
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations to onboard new users.
- Administer Whatfix across the LDC Dashboard.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably administering Whatfix or similar platforms.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Whatfix administration tools.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and embrace digital innovation
- Candidates must provide criminal record no older than 3 months.
