    As Chef
    de Rang, you will strive to create unforgettable dining experiences for our
    guests always going that extra mile.
    You must be dedicated with a passion and flair for your service coupled with
    a positive 'can do' attitude.
    You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional
    guest service skills and sparkling personality. You will be a committed
    team player who enjoys working as a team and providing a memorable guest
    experience.

    WHAT
    YOU'LL DO ...
    You will be courteous and have
    confidence to look after our guests to a high standard, providing a 5*
    service at all times.
    A good all round knowledge of food and wine, good communication skills and a
    passion for the industry are a must.
    You will assist in the training of colleagues ensuring The Parkgate Hotel
    standard is met at all times.
    This role is varied with no two days the same.

    Parkgate is located just a drop kick from Principality Stadium and is the perfect base for match days and any occasion to explore
    the city sights of Cardiff.
