Job Title:
Machine Operator

Location:
Burgess Hill


Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, alternating every 4 weeks, 7am - 3:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm (soon to be changing to 6am - 2:30pm and 1:30pm - 10pm)


Salary:
£24,000 p/a + shift enhancement


We are working with an excellent employer in Burgess Hill who are seeking additional Machine Operators to join their expanding business.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for operating basic machinery and using tools for fabricating parts for their products.


The Role:


  • Operating a range of factory machinery for cutting, shaping and fabricating parts
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Assembly work once parts have been manufactured.

The Person:


  • A background in manufacturing
  • Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential
  • Confident using factory machinery as well as hand and power tools
  • You must be proactive with a good attitude to work
  • A reliable and dependable team player
