The Opportunity

Our client was founded in 2009 as a response to the dissatisfaction with available customer relationship management services. They identified a gap where existing solutions were either overly simplistic or excessively complex for the majority of businesses. The What?

Our client is looking for a Senior level Java engineer with experience of co-ordinating a small development team - focussed around building out a data streaming team - details below:

Any experience or interest within leadership, mentoring or managing individual contributors.
Solid experience with Java or Scala.
Strong data & messaging experience testing software with technology like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Grafana, HiveMQ, Prometheus etc.
Experience with relational database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB or similar
Experienced advocate for practices such as Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming
Experience building automation tests.
Kubernetes or other cloud infrastructure (AW) would be heavily used
