    Description

    We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward at a top private healthcare provider in London.



    This full-time position offers a salary of up to £51,000 with an extra 9% shift enhancements. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team making a significant impact in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care.



    As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward, your responsibilities will include:

    • Guiding and mentoring junior nurses with your extensive clinical knowledge.
    • Leading the unit when the Sister/Charge nurse is absent.
    • Developing and assessing holistic care plans for children in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
    • Participating in audits or quality improvement projects to enhance care delivery.

    The ideal candidate for this role should have:

    • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
    • Experience in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care.
    • Desirable experience with tracheostomised patients.
    • Understanding of Safeguarding issues.
    • Background in teaching and mentoring.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
