Job Title: Head of Digital at iNetZ+

In this role at iNetZ+, you will be taking charge as the Head of Digital, leading the team responsible for developing and implementing digital twin technologies within the Impact Engineering function. Your main focus will be on enhancing the use of digital replicas for complex systems and processes to boost their performance and efficiency, overseeing a team of up to 20 digital specialists and engineers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the monetization of digital twin technologies
• Engage with key industry players to establish partnerships for digital twin solutions
• Translate cutting-edge digital twin research into viable commercial products
• Lead a team in the design, development, and deployment of digital twins
• Establish the strategic direction for digital twin technologies
• Collaborate with partners to integrate digital twin solutions into operational frameworks
• Represent the institute in digital innovation forums and conferences

Person Specification

Essential

• Educated in Digital Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Subject Matter Expert in digital twin technology
• Experience in leading digital innovation projects
• Ability to operate effectively in a global environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple digital projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
• High-level organizational skills
• Proactive approach and ability to lead innovative digital projects

Desirable

• Advanced degree or professional qualification in Digital Technology
• Practical experience with IoT, AI, and data analytics
