    Civil Engineer (Nearly Chartered)

    Are you a talented Civil Engineer eager to make your mark in the industry and embark on the journey towards Chartered status? Join a dynamic and innovative team within a small but growing engineering firm specialising in diverse projects including fish farms, SSE framework, Arnold Clark framework, schools, distilleries, and more.

    We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer who is on the cusp of achieving Chartered status for this position however, if you are already Charted, please apply.

    As a pivotal member of the civil engineering department, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of projects, from preconstruction drawings to hand over.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver innovative solutions for various projects, including fish farms, SSE framework, Arnold Clark framework, schools, distilleries, and more.


    • Utilise your proficiency in microdrainage software to develop effective drainage solutions for diverse project requirements.
    • Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD, both in 2D and 3D, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
    • Conduct site visits (alongside senior team members) and surveys to gather relevant data and assess project feasibility.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

    • Actively working towards Chartered status with a recognised professional engineering institution.
    • Proven experience with microdrainage software.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in both 2D and 3D design.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Performance-based bonus scheme.
