About the Role
There are two posts available that will serve the east and west of the county. The postholder will be responsible for offering time-limited, person-centred smoking cessation support and advice in one to one home visits and group settings across University Hospitals Leicester and Leicestershire in order to reduce the prevalence of smoking, especially smoking in pregnancy, in Leicestershire County. You will have a good understanding of the smoking cessation and tobacco control and the barriers that pregnant women experience when giving up smoking.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
A full, clean driver's license is required for this post with access to a car.
