Think Specialist Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading organisation in St Albans.

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic and vibrant team of hard working employees who are on the look out for a newteam member to help with their busy work load.

The Position:

Fast and accurate entry of invoices
Code all invoices and credit notes
Verification of invoices
To ensure all payments are correctly allocated
Resolving queries with internal and external Contacts
Reconciliation of supplier accounts to statement
Preparation of supplier payments within deadlines
Resolving queries with department managers
Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high volume environment
Use of MS Office programs excel, word, outlook
The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, with efficiency and accuracy
A personable individual with excellent administration and organisation skills
Confident, possessing an excellent telephone manner with clear and concise communication skills both verbally and written.
