Finance Business Partner

Renfrewshire

Salary up to £50K (DOE)
Join Lusona Consultancy's service sector client in a Finance Business Partnering role on the outskirts of Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn how a business operates, drive continuous improvement and work closely with the senior leadership team.

You will work alongside a close-knit team to improve the financial and operational performance of the business by collaborating with key financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing forecasts and budgeting
Reviewing management accounts and analysing any relevant variances
Developing the existing reporting suite
Preparing any relevant financial information necessary for the monthly board packs
Contributing to ways in which we can improve the business that will continue to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Participating in KPI reporting across the business and contributing to business improvements
Participating in the annual pricing reviews
Collaborating with operational members of the team to provide a financial insight to specific projects and assist with any capex approval projects

Ideally applicants will be qualified accountants (ICAS/ACCA/CIMA) with previous finance business partnering and analysis experience.

This role is also particularly suitable for an ambitious qualified accountant looking to make their first move from accountancy practice into industry.

Suitable part qualified and qualified by experience applicants will also be considered. Applicants will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
