    My client, a well-established law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their Family/ Care department.

    You will be required to provide full secretarial support to Family Fee Earners, audio & copy typing, liaising with clients over the phone, opening and closing files, email management, and other ad-hoc Administration/Secretarial duties as and when required to support a busy team.


    Skills & Experience Required:

    • Experience as a legal secretary is essential
    • Highly organised
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Experience of managing diaries, good typing speed combined with accuracy
    • Ability to use Microsoft office procedures particularly Word and Outlook
    • Knowledge of preparing cases for Court hearings, Court bundles and progressing the case to a Final Hearing will be useful.
