Glasshouse Nursery Production Manager
Are you looking for a new opportunity to utilise your current Nursery Production Management skills, with a unique and progressive company?

Our client specialise in the large-scale sustainable production of moss for peatland restoration and for peat-free growing media.
The company has ambitious business expansion plans and they are now looking for an experienced Glasshouse Nursery ProductionManager, reporting directly to the Managing Director

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday - Salary negotiable.

About you:

You will have a number of years of technical experience in irrigation, nutrition, and Pest/Diese control
You will ideally have worked in propagation and have young plant experience
You will have experience in managing a staff team across multiple departments and disciplines
Production planning knowledge
Setting, monitoring and reporting on KIPS's
Responsibilities for all Health and Safety and risk assessments and ensuring these are met.
Responsible for staff and HR policies.
PA1, PA6 spraying Licence, Forklift license and Full UK Driving licence
