Description
The duties of the Risk and Compliance Manager role include:

  • Dealing with general compliance queries.
  • Assisting the R&C Director with audits, policies, procedures and compliance projects.
  • Supervising team members.
  • Analysis of compliance breaches and suggesting improvements.
  • Managing general compliance tasks such as AML and ID queries.
  • Running compliance inductions and undertaking group training.
  • Running any adhoc reports that are required.
  • Assisting with the annual Risk Report.
  • Carrying out regular internal business process audits and assisting with preparing reports for the R&C Director.
  • Liaising with online search providers directly as required including monitoring dashboards.

Profile

  • Have Risk and Compliance Management experience
  • Have previously worked in a Legal, Financial or Compliance industry
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have good communication
  • Have strong communication
  • Be proactive and able to work independently
  • Be able to lead group training and inductions
