This company has been an employer of choice in the Cambridge region for decades and they are looking to strengthen their finance team with an experienced Finance Business Partner.


  • Finance Business Partner
- £50,000 to £60,000

  • Hybrid Working


A Cambridge institution, this industrial manufacturing business needs the support of a Finance Business Partner to provide leadership, detailed financial analysis and support to the operations, supply-chain and commercial estimating divisions.


You'll play a lead role in managing budgets, commercial bids, complex financial analysis and forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, as well as driving continuous process improvements and month-end reporting.


We're looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships with key stakeholders, you will have access to the senior leadership team and the opportunity to influence the business, as well as looking for continuous improvements to financial processes.


You'll need to hold an accredited qualification such as a CIMA, ACA or ACCA, and although this would suit an experienced Finance Business Partner from industry, we would also like to hear from qualified Management Accountants looking to progress into a BusinessPartnering role.
