What you'll be doing
Dayshape is a single product company.

Up to now we have trained our new hires, employees, and customers in the Dayshape product through utilising our skilled and knowledgeable customer experience and product teams.

As we scale, we need to create a dedicated training function, and this role is the start of that journey.


This is a new role within Dayshape and we are keen to find a product trainer with domain knowledge who has worked for or with professional services firms previously.


We are looking for a product trainer who is comfortable designing, developing and delivering training sessions, both virtually and in person, to Dayshape employees and externally to our customers.

We are looking for a product trainer to upskill internal and external stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and effectively use Dayshape.


About you
You will have a passion for designing and delivering exceptional learning and development opportunities for your stakeholders


You will be:

  • An exceptional communicator who is able to build rapport with others;
  • Able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely with the ability to tailor the message for different audiences;
  • Experienced in working for or with Professional Services Firms;
  • Methodical when designing and developing training materials to ensure efficient, effective, and engaging learning opportunities;
  • Skilled in developing a variety of training materials including presentations, transcripts, documentation, and videos etc, for internal and external audiences;
  • An excellent facilitator with the ability to develop, conduct and, where necessary, record, training sessions both virtually, and if required, in person;
  • Proficient in gathering feedback on training materials and sessions delivered and based on the feedback received, have experience in continuously improving training material and sessions based on that feedback;
  • Comfortable working closely with the wider product team to stay updated on new features and enhancements;
  • Used to liaising with Learning and Development (L&D) departments to align product training to the organisations L&D goals
  • Adept at collaborating with internal departments including marketing, sales, support and customer success to align training content to customers and Dayshape business goals.
  • Informed about industry developments and market trends adapting training material to reflect the latest information.
  • Quick to grasp new concepts, and always looking to understand the underlying "why" in any situation;
  • Wellorganized and selfmotivated, comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple demands at the same time
  • Willing to step outside your "role" where necessary;

Bonus points if you:


  • Are experienced in the design and delivery of training in SaaS products
  • Have worked with resource management and scheduling departments
  • Have worked with complex financial and/or project management software
  • Come with experience of working in a fastpaced agile working environment
