We are working with a £multi-million market leader to find their next Marketing Manager.
This role will encompass strategy, budgeting, and of course a creative mind.

With 2023 commercial objectives outlined and an established team to assist, this is the perfect opportunity for a focussed marketer to join an industry-leading brand.

Overall Summary of Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Line manage 3x direct reports
  • Manage marketing activities to ensure maximum brand impact
  • Budget planning and maximising ROI
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Marketing Director to identify innovative ways to increase market share
Experience

  • Extensive working experience in marketing team management, product launches, brand management and lead generation
  • Marketing budget management
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing methods
Package
- £40-45k (DOE)

  • 15% annual bonus
