What we expect:

We are seeking to appoint a Purchasing Coordinator.

You will be minimizing the cost in projects at TK Elevator, this will be done by utilizing the existing frame contracts.

As well as aligning project requirements with suppliers and assure adequate risk and time management.


You will prepare and execute contractual and price negotiations or support local buyers responsible for materials and frame contracts to preferred suppliers.

Ensure achievement of targets and objectives of assigned projects in alignment with the country purchasing targets.

As well as supporting sales and operations planning of new projects by assessing and controlling of calculated material/service costs and ensure early involvement of purchasing.

  • The individual will have knowledge of manufacturing, quality and control and planning processes
  • Must be flexible, decisive and proactive problem solver
  • Contribute to a team oriented environment while leveraging lean metholodigies
  • Must be focused on achieving business goals though KPI's
  • Must be able to influence internal/external suppliers to achieve fulfilment objectives
  • Must possess strong communication customer service orientation and must provide dedicated support of internal customer requirements
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple priorities at once
  • Must be proficient in Excel including the ability to provide data analysis and report writing.
