    Description


    Litigation BoutiqueComplex International Disputes2-10 PQEA great opportunity has arisen at a fast growing litigation boutique for both a mid-level associate and a senior associate.

    The FirmThe firm was established three years ago by partners from a top tier city firm and they quickly attracted talent from Magic Circle and US firms who were keen to work on the complex and interesting matters but with a better work life balance.

    It is currently a team of 12 and by the end of the year they aim to be a team of 20.

    The RoleYou can look forward to working with both corporate and individual clients including financial institutions and high net worth individuals on international as well as domestic matters.


    The disputes encompass:

    LitigationLitigationand Financial Market DisputesCollar Crime and Regulatory InvestigationsFraud and Asset TracingTrusts, Estates and Private Wealth DisputesThe firm are very open to hearing from candidates who want to specialise in one of these areas, or who want to work across all.

    You will be encouraged to have client contact from the start and build strong relationships.

    The RequirementsThe successful candidate will have trained at a top tier city firm and they are open to anyone who is 2 PQE upwards.

    Ideally you will have experience in the High Court, Commercial Court, UK Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.
