- To provide technical support to end users, farm-based clients, agronomists and sales partners to enable the best use of available software.
- Provide assistance in managing the daily running of the helpdesk, ensuring that all requests are dealt with appropriately.
- Deliver practical support working with the leading technology in the sector for farm-based clients on the full range of services.
- Collaborate with the preparation and delivery of training resources to colleagues, clients and prospective clients to ensure they are fully supported throughout their use of the platform.
- Review clients needs to give feedback to ensure that software services are performing to the top standard, and to identify areas for improvement.

Hunter Chase Consultants are delighted to be looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join a successful and growing agricultural business on a full-time basis. The role involves becoming an expert in the company's software to provide support to internal and external users, agronomists, and farm-based clients. By delivering clear support, the successful candidate will ensure users can make best use of the platform's services to achieve maximum benefit.
Key tasks include:
Ideally candidates will be office-based, but a degree of hybrid working will be possible by arrangement. Flexibility is required, with some out-of-hours rota support during peak times. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a keen interest in the agricultural sector and have the right interpersonal skills to develop strong personal relationships with both clients and colleagues. This role entails continuous learning to become an expert in services offered, providing top-tier technical support and excellent customer service to both internal and external users.
