Are you an experienced Generalist HR Advisor?
Do you enjoy Hybrid working?
Are you available for a fixed term contract?

  • Manage incoming HR enquiries
  • Offer advice to managers and employees on Policies and processes
- manage a wide range of ER CVases such as Disputes, grievance and disciplinary, absences, poor performance etc
- manage stakeholder relationships
- manage Union relationships

  • Support managers by training and upskilling them
  • Document HR MI information and reporting for managersSupport HR Manager with policy development
35 hours per week. Hybrid working - 3 days at home and 2 days in Bootle office. Salary £28000

  • Will be CIPD level 5 or working towards
  • Will have experience managing a wide range of employee relations
  • Will have experiencepreviously in a HR officer or HR advisor level role
  • Will be immediately available to start
