Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Sales & Service Team Leader you will be responsible for:Day-to-Day supervisory management of the Sales and Service team
Communicating goals and deadlines, planning workloads/delegating tasks
Effectively manage and drive performance against agreed KPIs set by the Sales & Service Manager
Provide excellent, best in class, customer service experience
To act as the first point of supervisory contact for all orders, telephone enquiries, queries and complaints that cannot be resolved by the Internal team
Supporting the overall sales plan and the commercial team to ensure that customer service is delivered from the first point of contact through to delivery
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Sales & Service Team Leader will have experience of:
Previous supervisory or management experience essential
Proven track record in Customer Service and Commercial environments
Hybrid working management experience
High standard of Customer Service, instilling the same expectations in your team
