- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective employers to build on our pipeline of sales activity
- Understand employer needs and recommend appropriate training solutions to meet their goals
- Present and demonstrate our training programs to individuals and decision-makers at employers
- Negotiate terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on sector trends, competitor offering and market dynamics
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employers throughout the sales process
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education training sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
- Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines
- Willingness to travel and work out of our Stoke office 1 day a week
- £30,000 base salary with OTE commission in range of £10-£15k per annum
- £4,000 per annum car allowance or company car
- MyWAY FriDAY- Friday 1pm finish to focus on your wellbeing and development
