- The suitable applicant will be expected to support a Litigation Solicitor to ensure efficiency.
- You will be also expected to be familiar with case management systems and use them effectively to prepare correspondences.
- You will be making and answering calls as well as attending to clients in person and via telephone.
- The candidate is expected to have worked in Litigation department previously from which they would have gained knowledge and experience.
- Have previous experience with administering filing systems, including filing, opening, closing, storing and retrieving of client files.
- Have the ability to carry out ID checks and undertake searches and similar work on files.
- Drafting and chasing bills
- Carry out other general administrative duties and responsibilities.
