    Description

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator / coordinator / office manager for a (flexible office agency) Sales Coordinator position based in the City of London area.

    This is a great position with fast-track opportunities for career progression as this brokerage continues to expand rapidly.

    This company is an international flexible office / co-working space brokerage that has an established and dominant presence over decades in mature global commercial property markets.

    They specialise in matching businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs with flexible workspaces, wherever they are in the world.


    Working Hours :
    Monday to Thursday 9am – 5:30pm;

    Office Team :40+


    Induction & Training :
    Full induction and training in commercial leasing with regular assessments. Professional development and training opportunities.

    Career Progression :
    constantly expanding with many opportunities to progress within the company.
    2-3yrs+ of ANY office management / administration experience in ANY industry.
    ~ Strong advantage if you have administration experience in commercial / residential real estate / flexible office / serviced office sector.

    This position is focused on supporting the sales team of consultants.

    Work closely with the sales team to help with day-to-day business
    Checking availability from flexible office business centres
    Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
    Keeping Salesforce (CRM) up to date with detailed information
    Reporting to Senior Management
    2-3years or more in any industry or the service office / flexible office industry.
    ~ Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
    ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
