A successful HRBP should have:
- Should have a Level 5 CIPD as a minimum
- People oriented and results driven
- Able to build relationships and challenge
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
