    About Us

    We are looking for an experienced, passionate and professional chef to join our small and friendly team on either a full or part time basis.

    As well as a traditional golf club menu in The Green Bar, we are looking to build a strong restaurant menu, particularly in the evening, in The Lakeside area of the Clubhouse, whilst also catering for a wide variety of external functions and events.

    About the Role

    The main responsibilities of the role are:

    • To ensure that food preparation and quality is of the highest possible standard with a view to enhancing guest experience and repeat business
    • Work alongside the Kitchen and Front of House teams to further develop our menu
    • Ensure food costs are controlled through ordering and stock rotation in line with Food Safety Management Systems
    • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
    • Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services

    About You

    • Committed and highly organised
    • Ability to work at pace with a keen eye for detail
    • Flexible with regards to work pattern
