- Meeting organisation – booking rooms, arranging refreshments/catering and IT equipment.
- Travel arrangements.
- Diary management.
- Document amendments.
- Opening of new client matters, conflict searches and necessary risk assessment forms.
- Working directly with clients to organise meetings, following up on any queries, drafting letters of engagement and ensuring terms of business are in place.
- Ensuring the CRM is up to date.
- Assisting with marketing and business development.
- Billing and credit control.
- Processing invoices and expenses.
- Time recording.
- Assigning tasks to administrative teams and tracking progress.
- Offering support and cover to other members of the team where possible and in times of absence.
- Experienced as an Employment Legal Secretary/ Legal PA in a city law firm.
- Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A strong team player.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
