Business Systems Support Analyst

Permanent - Up to £50,000 DOE

London/ Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 remote)


We are working with a fantastic London based Insurance provider who are looking to grow their IT team after an successful period by hiring a Business Systems Support Analyst.

You will be working to help both the London office as well as their other locations.


As a Business Systems Support Analyst you would be working closely with the Business System Analyst to help on the identification of improvement need in the business system as well as supporting on the processes to implement them.


Responsibility:


  • Working on project closely with the Business System Analyst to identify where they need to implement new system to improve the efficiency of the businesses system.
  • Support the Service Desk team with areas including Office365, GXB queries and RPA.
  • Support the Business System Development team throughout their build of the improvement that have been identified.

Experience:


  • Experience working on projects with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and PowerPlatform.
  • Experience working on projects that required you to present to area of the business to highlight areas that need efficiency.
  • Experience on working with Microsoft Office 365
