Description

Location:
London, UK (with hybrid working) | full time

MindGym uses the latest behavioural science to transform the performance of companies and the lives of people who work in them.

We've partnered with over half the FTSE100 and S&P100, equipping them with an all-important human advantage.

We're growing rapidly and have a bold vision to redefine how companies and individuals flourish, and so disrupt the market for behavioural change.

MindGym was born around a kitchen table in 2000. Since those early chain-tea-drinking sessions, we've inspired and transformed the performance of over three million people. And we've published four books, including an international best-seller. We've left the kitchen table, but we've never lost our hunger.

The Job:

The Product Innovation team is the brain of MindGym.

Our science-packed POVs, our game changing live products, our behavioural science powered coaching app, and of course our exciting new diagnostics are all being developed here.

  • Analyse client data in collaboration with other internal teams to provide meaningful insights

About you:

  • Ability to create technical manuals and nontechnical documentation for internal use as well as for clients
  • Being a critical thinker is crucial not only to analyse data but also to find the right solutions taking into account complex interdependencies between our products.
  • Being a good collaborator and communicator is key to success as we are working closely together in our team but also work with other teams across the business
  • Being decisive and making rational, wellinformed decisions will make a difference developing our diagnostics as well as building confidence with stakeholders/clients
  • Being flexible and adapting to new situations easily is an absolute advantage as we are on an exciting but sometimes unpredictable journey
  • The ability to plan, organise and structure your own work will help you to work efficiently across multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Desirable:

  • A track record of analysing assessment or survey data in the organisational context.
  • Experience working on a digital product in collaboration with a technology/product function.
  • Strong proficiency with a variety of visualisation techniques to display data in the most engaging and informative way
  • Understanding of classic machine algorithms such as knn, random forest etc

What we offer:

Apart from our competitive compensation and benefits, we offer a collaborative team environment.

In our still fairly young team, we are enthusiastic about the work we do, we care for each other and try to create a culture that allows everyone to grow their skills and be themselves.

If this sounds interesting to you, please get in touch. We'd love to talk
